Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 3+ years of experience in Private Equity or a related industry.
• Strong accounting knowledge with proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Investran.

Responsibilities

• Support IQ-EQ client leads across multiple Private Equity funds in diverse industries.
• Collaborate with your manager, team, and support functions to meet client expectations and deliverables on time.
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to financial reporting, allocations, and compliance.
• Prepare and review key financial tasks, including journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices, and waterfall models.
• Manage audits, year-end processes, assist with onboarding new team members, and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
