SIXT is seeking a Senior Manager Customer Sales & Service to lead our Tulsa call center operations. You will drive customer satisfaction, optimize service efficiency, and ensure a premium experience aligned with SIXT standards.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, collaborate with global partners, and manage escalations to deliver prompt, satisfactory resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 5+ years of progressive contact center management experience.
• Proven success leading call center or customer service operations, ideally in travel/rental sectors; global experience a plus.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills; effective communication and conflict resolution.

• Oversee daily call center operations, ensuring staffing, workflow, and service quality.
