SIXT is seeking an energetic Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team in the United States. You will greet customers, learn our vehicle fleet, and drive sales through upgrades and add-ons.

This role emphasizes excellent service, accurate rental processing, and a positive, professional presence at the branch. You’ll handle rental agreements, answer questions, and strive to exceed sales targets while maintaining knowledge of SIXT products.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales or hospitality.
• Strong sales mindset with upselling and closing skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly service.
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and services.
• Prepare rental agreements and handle inquiries.
