Job summary

Capital Group in Seattle seeks a Senior Manager, Portfolio Construction (Software Development Manager - Senior) to lead the RAPC Tools and Insights engineering organization. You will shape roadmaps, mentor leaders, and drive reliable, scalable solutions for investment professionals.

You will partner with Product, investment professionals, and IG Tech leadership to align strategy with business outcomes while evolving engineering practices for growth and performance.

Qualifications

Experience leading an engineering organization at scale.
Strong partnership with Product and business stakeholders.
Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve RAPC's long-term strategy for Tools and Insights in partnership with Product and stakeholders.
Lead engineering execution across investor-facing tools and insights.
Use agile, metrics-driven practices to improve delivery and accountability.
Coach engineering managers and leaders to operate effectively across teams.
