Capital Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Portfolio Construction (Software Development Manager - Senior) to lead the RAPC tools and insights platform. You will partner with Product and investment professionals to translate strategy into execution, guiding architecture, delivery, and talent development across IG Tech.

You will shape roadmaps, drive operational excellence, and build scalable systems that help investors make better decisions while delivering predictable outcomes and growth.

Formación

• You should partner with stakeholders to shape strategy and roadmaps.
• You should own and evolve RAPC's Tools and Insights platform with engineering teams.
• You should understand software fundamentals including distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• You should have experience building investor-facing products and data services.
• You should be able to translate complex problems into actionable plans.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the long-term RAPC strategy for Tools and Insights in collaboration with Product and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a roadmap that balances investor value, technical sustainability, and team capacity.
• Drive alignment across teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Lead and mentor engineers, focusing on talent development and execution discipline.
• Scale the engineering organization and modernize practices to support growth.
