Job summary
Capital Group is seeking a Principal Product Manager in Southern California to shape and deliver proprietary investment tools. You will identify user needs, market opportunities, and technology trends while developing an inspiring product vision with a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into features, drive adoption, and deliver value across investment products.
Qualifications
- Deep experience in portfolio construction and fixed income, translating investment concepts into product requirements.
- Strong grasp of portfolio risk analytics and ability to partner with quant/risk/investment teams on design.
- Experience leading end-to-end development and delivery of investment platforms and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify user needs, market opportunities, and technology trends; develop a product vision.
- Define the user experience across multiple products and drive the product roadmap to the vision.
- Measure product and business metrics to understand adoption and value delivery.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, engineers, designers, researchers, and analysts to deliver high-quality features.
