Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop market strategies supporting new store growth and conversion pipelines
• Identify and evaluate potential sites through market analysis, demographic research, and field assessments
• Lead negotiations for land deals
• Manage due diligence, entitlement considerations, and transaction structuring
• Manage projects from site selection through opening, including approvals, timelines, and budgets
• Prepare and present materials for internal decision forums
