Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global pharmaceutical forecasting engagements. You’ll guide cross‑functional teams, deliver high‑quality forecasts, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership across multiple programs.

You will champion advanced analytics, AI and GenAI-enabled forecasting, while mentoring teams and driving practice growth within EY's Life Sciences and Commercial Analytics division.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Experience leading forecasting engagements for global pharmaceutical clients.
• Trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to inform strategic and operational decisions via forecasting.
• Strong expertise in AI, analytics, and GenAI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global forecasting engagements across brands and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics and epidemiology.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, actionable forecasts aligned with client objectives.
