EY in the United States is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting. The role leads global pharmaceutical forecasting engagements, advising senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop robust forecasts informing strategic decisions.

Candidate expected to drive innovation through analytics, AI, and forecasting best practices, with a focus on practice growth and people development across EY Life Sciences and Commercial Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field with relevant experience.
• 14+ years in Strategic Forecasting with pharmaceutical focus.
• Deep forecasting expertise and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading global forecasting engagements.
• Ability to deliver data-driven, strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global forecasting engagements across brands and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, and lifecycle management.
• Provide actionable strategic recommendations based on market dynamics.
• Present insights to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and client satisfaction across programs.
• Lead development of forecasting models and automation initiatives with Python/SQL.
