Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/analytics or quantitative field with professional experience
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting
• Strong therapeutic area knowledge
• Advanced stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
• Experience delivering client-focused analytics programs with EY
• Experience in AI/GenAI-enabled forecasting capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global forecasting engagements across brands and therapeutic areas
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders including Commercial and Finance
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, and lifecycle management
• Develop and validate forecasting models with automation and AI/ML techniques
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
• Support practice growth through thought leadership and proposals
