EY in the US is seeking a Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting with 14+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting. You will lead global forecasting engagements, advise senior client stakeholders, and drive cross‑functional teams to deliver robust forecasts that guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline, with relevant professional experience.
• BTech/Masters/PhD.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting.
• Strong therapeutic area knowledge.
• Advanced stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to drive innovation through analytics, AI, and forecasting best practices.
• Experience in client delivery excellence, practice growth, thought leadership, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale forecasting engagements across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics, epidemiology, and business assumptions.
• Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
• Define forecasting approaches, methodologies, and best practices across engagements.
• Oversee development of patient-based, revenue-based, and analog-based forecasting models.
• Drive adoption of AI and Machine Learning techniques to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Champion automation initiatives utilizing Python, SQL, Power BI, and emerging technologies.
