Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Senior Manager for its People & Organization/OCM Consulting practice in Nashville, TN. You will advise global clients on change initiatives and design strategies to maximize adoption and organizational performance.

The role involves leading client engagements and mentoring internal teams, with opportunities for career growth, training, and access to cutting-edge technology. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications or equivalent.
• 5 years' experience in Big 4 and/or boutique consulting with advisory relationships and business development.
• 5 years leading medium to complex organizational change management engagements.
• 2+ years leading matrixed cross-functional teams up to 20 members.
• Prosci, ACMP or equivalent OCM certification.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert, senior advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative.
• Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
• Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase ROI.
• Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of activities.
• Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.
• Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a client-specific change approach.
• Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.
• Coach, manage, and mentor consulting talent at various levels to high performance.
