Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an OCM Sr. Consultant to join our People & Organization Consulting Practice. This remote role, based in Texas, involves delivering customized change management strategies for clients and driving adoption outcomes.

You will work with clients and internal teams to advance organizational change initiatives, leveraging Prosci/ACMP certifications if available, and collaborating across delivery teams while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications or equivalent.
• 5 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting experience building client relationships.
• 5 years’ experience contributing to or leading organizational change management engagements.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
• Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency to achieve ROI for clients.
• Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement and monitoring of effectiveness.
• Apply best practice OCM methodologies for customized client approaches.
• Build internal network for career growth.
• Assist with development of thought leadership and templates.
