Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an OCM Sr. Consultant to join our People & Organizational Consulting Practice in a remote US role.

You will execute end-to-end change management strategies for clients, driving adoption, ROI, and value realization while managing readiness, measurement, and stakeholder communications. You will collaborate with senior leadership, develop thought leadership, and contribute to internal practice growth, with up to 50% travel and a focus on delivering high-quality client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
• 5 years of recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience building client relationships.
• 5 years’ experience contributing to or leading successful organizational change management engagements.
• Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow configurations.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
• Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and proficiency of affected employees to increase ROI and value creation.
• Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness.
• Apply best practice OCM methodologies to deliver a customized client change management approach.
• Build internal network for career growth and contribute to thought leadership and templates.

Client contributions:

Execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Drive faster adoption, increasedutilization, and greaterproficiencyof affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.

Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, andmonitoringto assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.

Apply best practice OCM methodologies to deliver a customized client change management approach.

Internal practice contributions:

Required Qualifications:

You have a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.

You have 5yearsrecent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience, where you built client relationships that resulted in trusted advisor activity.

You have 5 years’ experience contributing to or leading successful organizational change management engagements.

Preferred Skills:

You haveProsci,ACMPoran equivalentOCM certification.

You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery;Configured Platforms (i.e.SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)implementations.

You have impressive communication skills.Youhave the ability toskillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.

You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.

You have strong project management experience, including schedule, scope,issueand risk management.

Youhave the ability totravel up to 50%.

Where required by law, NTT DATAprovidesa reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $87,000.00-$160,000.00. This range reflects the minimum andmaximumtarget compensation for the position across all US locations.Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
