• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side diligences for PE clients and portfolio companies.
• Manage engagement teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and present project deliverables reflecting strong analysis.
• Oversee engagement economics and risk management.
• Mentor junior practitioners and promote knowledge sharing.
