Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

• Experience advising on technical accounting matters related to M&A.
• Experience reviewing financial models and transaction documents.
• Ability to travel on average 25%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• CPA or CA certification preferred.
• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration preferred.
• Experience in audit at a large public accounting firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advising on financial, commercial, and technical accounting matters related to transactions.
• Identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities associated with transactions and assessing their implications.
• Providing insights on earnings, cash flows, contingencies, exposures, and internal control structures.
• Reviewing financial models and transaction documents, including stock purchase agreements and merger agreements.
• Supporting transaction execution through deal structuring, integration planning, and divestiture planning.
