Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in deal diligence or related fields.
• Active CPA, CFA, Chartered Accountant, or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets, and cash flows in client transactions
• Leading teams in conducting financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Developing strategic advice and business diligence services to maximize client value in deals
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
• Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and encourage growth beyond comfort zones
• Reviewing work to deepen team members' skills and knowledge in financial analysis
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to PwC's code of conduct
• Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
• Identifying opportunities for profitable growth and optimizing business performance metrics
