Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience including audit in a public accounting firm
• Ability to travel 25% on average

Responsibilities

• Lead and support financial due diligence engagements for private equity investors and corporations
• Analyze target company performance including historical and projected trends
• Identify and analyze financial risks or considerations in potential transactions
• Lead discussions with client teams and management
• Prepare client-facing due diligence reports with key findings and recommendations
• Review financial models and debt/financing documents for implications
• Identify integration and post-transaction considerations with Deloitte specialists
• Manage multiple deals simultaneously and mentor junior staff
