Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Manager specializing in financial due diligence to lead engagements across acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, recapitalizations, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. You will oversee analyses, manage workstreams, guide junior team members, and communicate complex findings clearly to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience including audit in a public accounting firm.
• Ability to travel ~25% on average and willingness for immigration sponsorship may be available.
• CPA or CA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Analyze target company performance, including earnings quality, revenue and working capital trends.
• Review financial reporting, internal controls, and GAAP differences in transactions.
• Prepare client-facing due diligence reports and present key findings.
• Manage multiple deals, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
