Job summary

Toyota North America’s Payments & Billing team seeks a Senior Manager to define and drive the strategic direction of payment modernization across all lines of business. You will lead initiatives that modernize capabilities, advance transformation, and deliver operational excellence across a complex payments landscape.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree (BA/BS) required.
• Extensive experience in payments, billing, or cash management.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for Payments & Billing.
• Partner with business, operations, and technology leadership to deliver scalable payment solutions.
• Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives and large-scale transformations.
• Build partnerships across treasury, legal, risk, and external stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Present business cases to the Executive Committee to secure alignment.
