Toyota's Central Business Services organization seeks a Senior Payroll Manager to lead payroll delivery, time & labor administration, compliance, and payroll technology across North America. You will support more than 55,000 team members and lead a 30-person payroll team from Plano, TX.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, transformation, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver accurate, timely payroll and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with extensive payroll/tax knowledge.
• Experience leading payroll operations in a large multi-state/multi-country org.
• Strong understanding of US/Canada wage laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations and service delivery across North America.
• Develop a high-performing payroll team through coaching and mentoring.
• Govern payroll technology, system integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee case management, issue resolution, and data-driven improvements.
• Drive transformation initiatives, automation and standardization.
• Ensure SOX controls and audit readiness across jurisdictions.
• Shape payroll strategy and roadmap with stakeholders company-wide.
