Novo Nordisk A/S in Plainsboro, NJ is seeking an Associate Program Integrity & Effectiveness Director to lead financial governance, performance measurement and fraud prevention across the affordability portfolio. You will partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to optimize investments and program integrity.

The role drives annual operating plans, forecasting cycles, and resource allocation while advancing patient access and cost efficiency across the PSS portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from an accredited university; minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical commercial operations
• Minimum 3 years supporting patient affordability or offer programs
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with budgeting and vendor management
• Proven track record of operational enablement and process improvement
• Experience leading complex initiatives in a matrixed cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

• Lead affordability budget planning, forecasting and financial performance reviews
• Monitor financial risks and forecast accuracy; provide actionable recommendations
• Oversee affordability fraud prevention and detection strategy across the portfolio
• Drive cost optimization and operating budgets aligned with priorities
• Lead cross-functional reviews to identify optimization opportunities
