Novo Nordisk is seeking a senior leader to drive financial governance and performance across the affordability portfolio. You will partner with Finance to forecast, budget and oversee program investments, while leading fraud prevention and program integrity initiatives to ensure sustainable patient access.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Finance, Procurement and Legal to optimize pricing, vendor contracts and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required and a minimum of ten (10) years of pharmaceutical commercial operations experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting patient affordability or offer related programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead affordability budget planning, forecasting and financial performance reviews.
• Oversee fraud prevention, monitoring and program integrity across affordability portfolio.
• Coordinate financial planning activities across PSS functions and programs for budgeting and resource allocation.
• Drive cost optimization and vendor negotiations to maximize value for patient support.
