Job summary

Latham & Watkins seeks a Partner Recruiting Senior Manager – Talent Identification in its New York office. The role leads proactive lateral partner and counsel search globally, partnering with department leadership and the Research & Analysis teams to deliver market maps and actionable intelligence for strategic hiring.

You will supervise search activity, coordinate with Recruiting Managers, and drive collaboration across Partner Recruiting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA/JD/Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in a management role; ten+ years in partner or associate recruiting preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from conception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive lateral partner and counsel search efforts globally.
• Develop market maps and related research materials for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Partner Recruiting and Research & Analysis teams; ensure information is actionable.
• Advise stakeholders on outreach strategy and candidate engagement; manage handoffs to Recruiting Managers.
