Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to build and lead a scaled services function delivered through outsourced partners.

You will manage strategic relationships with 1–2 delivery partners, each supporting 40+ FTEs, and define the operating model, playbooks, and success metrics from the ground up. You will drive adoption, retention, and expansion for mid-market customers, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Procurement to ensure a seamless journey.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading a client success team in mid-market B2B.
• Experience with outsourced delivery partners and SLA design.
• Proven ability to launch and scale new service offerings in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Ramp and own relationships with 1–2 delivery partners (40+ FTE each).
• Design and own scaled service offerings and operating model.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion via scalable engagement strategies.
• Define capacity plans, performance metrics, and governance for partner teams.
• Collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and Vendor teams.
• Influence product through partner insights on automation and forecasting.
• Lead escalation management to ensure rapid resolutions and satisfaction.
• Foster culture of innovation and collaboration across partner organizations.
