Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Parcel Insights & Pricing to lead pricing support for new and existing business, develop analytics and P&L forecasting, and collaborate with finance, business development, and parcel operations.

The role is remote with a salary range of 130,000–150,000 USD, and includes a 20% target bonus. Requires 4+ years in pricing; a Bachelor's in business/finance is required, MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field.
• Master's Degree in MBA, Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• 4 years or more in Pricing experience.
• Knowledge of Excel, DOMO.
• Python Advanced preferred.
• Technical proficiency in Strategic Analyses.
• Proficiency with computer applications and sophisticated PC spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Daily pricing support: oversee pricing for new and existing customers and provide analytical support to Finance, BD, and Parcel Operations.
• Employee development and supervision: plan staffing, training, performance appraisals, and project direction.
• Develops tools for pricing strategy and analytics: oversee pricing models and roadmap.
• Client-facing Parcel Solution Design & Presentation: support client needs and assist business development.
• P&L Forecasting: assist budgets and forecasts of revenues and margins.
• Reporting: develop client-facing and internal dashboards.
• Annual Price Increase Process: support the GRI process with analyses and tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
