Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Parcel Insights & Pricing. You will support pricing for new and existing business, develop analytics tools, and forecast P&L with the team. The role involves client-facing solution design and collaboration with finance and operations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of pricing experience, strong Excel/DOMO skills, and a strategic mindset. This is a remote position with a 20% target bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field is required.
• Master's Degree in MBA, Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• 4+ years pricing experience required.
• Knowledge of Excel and DOMO required.
• Python advanced preferred.
• Technical proficiency in strategic analyses required.
• Proficiency with computer applications and sophisticated PC spreadsheets required.
• Knowledge of Logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily pricing support: oversee pricing for new and existing customers and provide analytical support to stakeholders.
• Employee development and supervision: assist in staffing, training, performance appraisals, and project direction.
• Develop tools for pricing strategy and analytics models; participate in roadmap discussions.
• Client-facing parcel solution design & presentation to support business development.
• P&L forecasting: assist in budgets and forecasts of revenues and margins.
• Reporting: develop and maintain client-facing and internal dashboards.
• Annual price increase process: support accuracy and required analyses.
