Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Case Manager to provide advanced oversight and strategic guidance for HRSA and OPTN initiatives. You will lead case intake, triage, analysis, and resolution while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, developing policies, and delivering executive-level reports. The role requires 8+ years in healthcare compliance or related fields and the ability to obtain a Public Trust

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compliance, investigations, quality improvement, auditing, or project management in healthcare or regulatory environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Expertise in federal, state, and local healthcare regulatory frameworks.
• Experience advising senior management and government agencies with written findings and recommendations.
• Ability to present program reviews with policy modification recommendations.
• Experience providing regulatory compliance and patient safety services to government agencies and applying OPTN policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for case managers and investigators overseeing patient safety and compliance reviews.
• Oversee workflow, prioritization, and quality of case management activities.
• Develop training programs aligning with OPTN policies and federal regulations.
• Lead strategic planning for case intake, triage, tracking, and review methodologies.
• Coordinate external reviews with CMS or other oversight bodies.
