The Sr. Manager, Operations Analytics plays a critical role in helping Wonder continuously improve operational performance through data-driven insights, financial analysis, and scalable reporting. As part of the Operations team, this role partners with Operations Excellence, Finance, Product, Culinary, Technology, and Data Foundation teams to transform operational and financial data into actionable recommendations that improve restaurant execution, profitability, and guest experience.
This leader owns the performance measurement system for Wonder's Field Operations organization, developing dashboards, analytical models, reporting frameworks, business insights, and self‑service tools that enable effective analysis and decision‑making. This role will establish and maintain trusted operational reporting that provides consistent performance visibility and serves as the primary source of truth for Field Operations. They will challenge existing assumptions, identify opportunities to simplify operations, and continuously improve how operational performance is measured and managed.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business curiosity, operational acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive measurable business results.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in‑person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
$149,000-$157,000 per year.
Wonder uses geographic‑specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
