Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager of Operational Resilience to lead the design, implementation, and maturation of the firm’s resilience framework. You will partner across three lines of defense, drive governance routines, and translate risk insights into actionable board-ready strategies.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, scenario testing oversight, and alignment with regulatory expectations, with opportunities for executive-level reporting and strategic influence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Risk Management, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Technology Risk, Cyber Risk, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive and board level materials.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support execution of the Operational Resilience strategic roadmap, driving delivery of key framework components and maturity enhancements.
• Contribute to governance, policy, standards, and methodologies aligned to regulatory expectations.
• Provide oversight of operational resilience, business continuity planning, crisis management/incident response, and core resilience pillars.
• Develop and deliver reporting for senior leadership, risk committees, and governance forums, including dashboards and metrics.
• Prepare executive materials articulating resilience posture, key risks, and remediation progress.
• Support governance routines, including committees, working groups, and cross-functional forums.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to assess operational resilience risks across processes, technology, cyber, and vendors.
• Support scenario testing and resilience exercises, evaluating outcomes and identifying control gaps.
