Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Risk Management, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Technology Risk, Cyber Risk, Operational Risk, or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive and board-level materials
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support execution of the Operational Resilience strategic roadmap
• Contribute to the evolution of the firm’s resilience framework aligned to regulatory expectations
• Provide oversight of operational resilience, business continuity planning, crisis management/incident response
• Develop and deliver clear reporting for senior leadership, risk committees, and governance forums
• Prepare executive-level materials articulating resilience posture and remediation progress
• Support governance routines, including committees and cross-functional forums
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to assess operational resilience risks across processes, technology, cyber, and third-party dependencies
• Support scenario testing and resilience exercises and evaluate outcomes
