Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational improvement programs.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Reliability, TPM, and RCA methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead major improvement programs focused on OEE, yield, throughput, reliability, and cost reduction.
• Coach CI Engineers, Process Engineers, Managers, and site leaders in Lean, Six Sigma and problem solving.
• Establish standardized RCA methods, governance, and training.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage high-value improvement projects across manufacturing sites.
• Support process innovation and technology deployment including automation and analytics solutions.
• Partner with engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS teams.
• Develop KPIs and management systems to sustain gains and monitor performance.
• Lead change management for business transformation projects.
