You will lead cross-functional teams, establish RCA governance, and advance digital and AI-enabled manufacturing efforts.

The role requires strong Lean Six Sigma leadership, experience with automation and analytics, and a focus on people development across site leaders and engineers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational improvement programs.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Reliability, TPM, and RCA methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Develop and execute an Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Coach CI Engineers, Process Engineers, managers, and site leaders in Lean, Six Sigma, and problem solving.
• Establish RCA methods, governance, and training.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage high-value improvement projects across manufacturing sites.
• Support process innovation and technology deployment including automation, analytics, and AI solutions.
