Job summary

TOPS Products LLC is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to partner with site leadership, designing, deploying, and driving organization-wide operational excellence. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, reducing waste, and elevating customer satisfaction through structured methodologies.

The incumbent will bridge corporate vision with frontline execution, leading Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, KPI dashboards, and enterprise-wide change management across manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or process optimization.
• 3–5 years in a dedicated management/directorial role driving change.

Responsibilities

• Define the CI road map and execute multi-year strategy.
• Foster a Kaizen culture and enterprise-wide process excellence.
• Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects across sites.
• Deploy Lean/Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste and improve KPI results.
• Build training programs to certify internal Lean/Six Sigma champions.
