Responsibilities

• Senior Manager of Partner Integration is responsible for guiding and implementing all aspects of the lateral partner onboarding and integration lifecycle within the firm.
• This role ensures that incoming partners experience a seamless transition, are strategically positioned to build a successful practice, and become fully embedded in the firm’s culture, operations, and business development platform.
• The Senior Manager works closely with the Lateral Partner Recruiting & Integration officer, practice management, practice group heads, business development, and other business services teams to design and execute comprehensive integration plans tailored to each partner.
