Job summary

Morrison Foerster is seeking a Senior Manager, Lateral Partner Integration to lead end-to-end onboarding of new lateral partners across offices. You will coordinate with sponsor partners, Directors of Administration, IT, and Marketing to design scalable integration programs and measurable outcomes during the first two years.

The role blends strategy, people, and operations to drive client retention, cross-sell opportunities, and growth.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' minimum relevant experience in law firm attorney recruiting, growth strategy, business development, M&A, or related roles within an Am Law 100 firm or comparable professional services organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration of lateral partners and groups across clients, operations, and culture.
• Design scalable onboarding frameworks to accelerate onboarding and long-term success.
• Coordinate with sponsor partners, Directors of Administration, IT, Facilities, Conflicts, Records, and Marketing on arrivals.
