Job summary

Mintz in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Manager of Lateral Partner Integration to lead the successful onboarding and integration of lateral partners across practice groups and offices. You will collaborate with Practice Leadership, Office Managing Members, Sponsors, BD, and PM to define priorities, milestones, and success metrics while maintaining accountability and strong relationships.

The role sits within the Legal Recruiting Department and includes involvement in firm-wide recruiting initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or MBA degree will be considered favorably.
• 6+ years' experience in professional services, legal services, talent integration, partner programs, business development, practice management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders.
• Highly proactive approach to coordinating complex initiatives.
• Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of lateral partners across offices and practice groups.
• Develop and manage comprehensive integration plans with milestones and metrics.
• Coordinate integration meetings and ensure follow-through on action items.
