Job Summary

The ECI Professional Services Team delivers world-class service to thousands of clients annually. The team defines, designs, delivers, and deploys ECI’s solutions through our Professional Services Consultants and Project Managers. The Senior Manager of Professional Services plays a critical leadership role within the North American PS organization, overseeing the M1 delivery function within our Manufacturing Rest of World (RoW) vertical. This leader is responsible for refining processes, enhancing organizational performance, and ensuring excellent customer outcomes.

  • Define client needs, develop processes and proposals, and oversee project implementation
  • Develop and implement technology solutions for clients using company products, outsourced solutions, or proprietary tools
  • Mentor and coach the consulting team for success
  • Manage profitability, scalability, and team health through data-driven approaches
  • Lead issue resolution and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead the M Consulting Team, managing resources across multiple projects
  • Oversee a team of 11, including Implementation Consultants and Project Managers
  • Monitor performance against KPIs, and report on outcomes, trends, and profitability
  • Make strategic decisions impacting team direction and profitability
  • Drive change management and inspire innovation
  • Own operational management of the M1 Consulting practice, aligning with company goals
  • Ensure team objectives are met through effective processes and cross-functional collaboration
  • Mentor team members and foster a learning culture
  • Manage revenue forecasting and contribute to a positive company culture
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • 10–15 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing ERPs
  • Management experience is preferred
