The ECI Professional Services Team delivers world-class service to thousands of clients annually. The team defines, designs, delivers, and deploys ECI’s solutions through our Professional Services Consultants and Project Managers. The Senior Manager of Professional Services plays a critical leadership role within the North American PS organization, overseeing the M1 delivery function within our Manufacturing Rest of World (RoW) vertical. This leader is responsible for refining processes, enhancing organizational performance, and ensuring excellent customer outcomes.
