Job description

Role: Manager/Senior Manager, Blink Rx Growth

BlinkRx is seeking a courageous leader and builder responsible for growing our pharma business. This individual will have P&L responsibility for a set of accounts across the revenue funnel and help drive our core product offering. The role is part of the Growth & Revenue function, focused on new client acquisition, success with existing clients, and building tools for future scalability and innovation. You will be involved in all aspects of Growth Strategy & Operations, working closely with Product and Operations teams. This role reports to our Partner, BioPharma Growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with Product and Operations to advance our core offerings.
  2. Develop initiatives to foster product innovation and operational effectiveness.
  3. Have P&L accountability for a set of accounts across the revenue funnel.
  4. Support revenue growth by assisting the Growth team through the client acquisition cycle.
  5. Design and implement initiatives to increase awareness and foster loyalty.
  6. Collaborate with the analytics team to create reports that enhance data visibility across the company.
  7. Work with senior leaders across functions on high-visibility initiatives, both internal and external.
Candidate Criteria:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in cross-functional projects within a consulting environment, tech company in strategy & operations, or startup, preferably with product and operations involvement.
  2. Strong analytical skills.
  3. Experience in pharma/life sciences industry is preferred.
  4. High standards with strong execution skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
  6. Action-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Fast learner capable of simplifying complex concepts.
  8. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  9. Innovative, creative problem solver, solution-oriented.
  10. MBA or strategic consulting background is preferred.
