Job summary

The Zebra is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of Commercial Monetization & Yield to drive performance marketing marketplaces, ad tech yield optimization, and dynamic bidding. You will bridge commercial strategy, growth marketing, and data science across remote US teams.

You will own traffic routing rules, implement tiering, and develop Looker/SQL dashboards with Data Science and Engineering, improving revenue per session and gross margin.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in performance ad monetization or yield management.
• Experience with insurance/financial platforms preferred.
• Strong SQL and data visualization fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Yield & monetization optimization: maximize revenue per session and gross margin.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering on bidding logic and tiering.
• Analyze buyer performance and routing to adjust real-time rules.
• Translate marketplace dynamics into actionable data models (SQL/Looker).
• Build and maintain yield dashboards and reporting.
