CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Economics to provide technical and analytic leadership for a newly formed Finance Data Governance function. This role focuses on modernizing the finance data ecosystem and delivering high-value analytics, reporting, and performance measurement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of finance experience in strategic, analytical, or operational roles.
• Expert in the data domains we are building, or self motivated to learn quickly.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and communicates clearly across functions.
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance activities for Aetna Data Lakehouse assets on Google Cloud Platform, owning data quality and communication with Finance teams.
• Assist the Data Governance Lead in aligning finance priorities with governance activities and data strategy.
• Collaborate with DDAT Data Governance teams to align Enterprise goals with Lakehouse data assets.
• Work with Data Stewards to support Data Portal initiatives.
• Offer expert knowledge of Aetna data to DDAT partners and Governance team.
• Build strategic partnerships with business stakeholders across Health Care Business.
