Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Economics (IC) to lead data governance and analytics for finance data assets. You will guide the data strategy, collaborate with DDAT teams, and translate complex data into actionable business insights.

You will work across healthcare finance, data quality, and forecasting to enable high-impact analytics and performance measurement, in a visible individual-contributor role.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of finance experience in strategic, analytical, or operational roles.
• Expert in the data domains we are building or quick to learn.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and communicates clearly from a cross-functional perspective.
• Ability to build relationships quickly.
• Knowledge of claims data sources and data governance concepts is a plus.
• Experience with data quality and data enablement is preferred.
• Experience moving data into cloud platforms and working with finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support data governance initiatives for Aetna data lakehouse assets on Google Cloud Platform.
• Align finance priorities with governance activities and communicate data strategy.
• Collaborate with DDAT teams to align enterprise goals with Lakehouse data assets.
• Work with Data Stewards to support the Data Portal.
• Share expert knowledge on Aetna data with governance partners.
• Build strategic partnerships with business stakeholders across Health Care Business.
