Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience including architecture, design, and coding of large software products (12+ preferred).
• 6+ years of software engineering management with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and engineering vision for complex software products.
• Stay involved in architecture, design reviews, coding, debugging, and optimization.
