Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and 9+ years of full life cycle software development.
• 5+ years of medical device software development experience.
• 5+ years of leading software engineering groups (7–10 engineers).
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with IEC 62304, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee a distributed, global software engineering team.
• Design, implementation, and testing of software for medical device product families.
• Architect and release scalable cross‑platform next‑gen software.
• Lead software testing procedures (unit, functional, automated) and documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to risk management.
