Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Manager, Materials Analytics & Reporting to lead the development and continuous improvement of analytics, reporting, and BI solutions for the Americas Materials and Manufacturing Planning team. You will transform data into actionable insights, develop automated dashboards, and establish performance metrics to support on-time delivery, production adherence, and inventory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, or analytics.
• Advanced experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge, e.g., Oracle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing analyst team.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting solutions.
• Establish governance and standardization for reporting, KPIs, and data definitions.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate.
• Partner with IT to ensure data warehouse availability for reporting.
• Create executive-level reporting packages communicating risks and performance.
• Drive automation of manual reporting via Power BI, SQL, ERP reporting tools.
• Improve data quality, master data governance, and system integration capabilities.
• Support strategic projects with analytical insights, business cases, and performance measurement frameworks.
