Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Manager, Procurement Operations & Supply Chain Transformation to lead operational excellence across the Americas, strengthen supplier partnerships, and drive scalable growth.

You will champion digital solutions, automation, analytics, and data-driven decision making to modernize procurement processes, improve visibility, and accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in procurement/supply chain.
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Experience with ERP platforms (Oracle/SAP) and digital tools.
• Experience using Power BI and analytics for visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Americas Procurement Operations team with strategic priorities.
• Drive operational excellence across procurement, purchasing, sourcing, and supplier operations.
• Standardize and optimize procurement processes through digital workflows and automation.
• Lead transformation initiatives to streamline workflows and digitize processes.
• Partner across functions to improve supplier performance, inventory, and cost.
• Utilize Power BI and real-time dashboards to monitor KPIs and enable decision making.
• Champion adoption of procurement technologies to boost productivity and compliance.
• Use predictive analytics to improve planning and decisions.
• Lead change management for new processes and systems.
• Serve as a trusted partner driving collaboration and measurable outcomes.
