Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Materials and Manufacturing Planning Analyst to provide insight into materials and manufacturing performance and drive improvements in on-time delivery. You will monitor delivery KPIs, perform root-cause analyses, and collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer Service to address underlying causes.

You will gather and validate large datasets, build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, CS, Supply Chain, Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of data analysis, BI, or analytics engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
• Strong data modeling, visualization, and storytelling skills.
• Relational databases, data integration, and ETL experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performance Monitoring: Track delivery KPIs and service levels using real-time data.
• Problem Solving: Conduct deep-dive trend and root-cause analyses to identify improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Service.
• Data Aggregation: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Reporting: Develop dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance.
• Communication: Create summaries and presentations for stakeholders.
