The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, optimizing supply chains, and partnering with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Global Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• APICS/ASCM, CPM, CPSM, or Lean Certification preferred.
• 5+ years in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Materials Management across multiple plants in Pelzer.
• Develop and execute materials strategy to support delivery and performance.
• Build and develop planning, purchasing, and material teams.
• Standardize processes and drive ERP governance and accuracy.
• Partner with operations, engineering, finance, and supply chain.
