Vertiv, based in Westerville, OH, seeks a seasoned Director of Materials and Manufacturing Planning to lead delivery strategy, daily monitoring, and risk identification, with primary responsibility for delivery and inventory. The role guides SIOP, master scheduling, NPDI, and overall materials management strategy and governance.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
• MBA or related advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Materials management and Inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Organize overall delivery strategy and daily monitoring, risk identification; hold primary responsibility for overall delivery and inventory.
• Be fully responsible for SIOP, Master Scheduling, NPDI and drive overall materials management strategy and tactics, governance and continuous improvement, Materials Planning and Inventory Control strategy, develop and improve processes and system requirements to improve efficiencies in the overall Materials Management area.
• Be responsible for the inventory strategy and supporting plants in driving reduction programs.
• Act as an expert and give directions to improve the overall SIOP, Planning and Purchasing processes with responsibilities between different functions.
• Responsible for Business Unit Supply & Inventory planning (SIOP); facilitates interactions with Plants, Procurement and LOB during SIOP Process.
