Job summary

Anduril Industries in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Senior Manager of Material Flow Engineering to optimize warehouse and material flow across our Columbus facilities, defining metrics and driving cost reduction while preserving quality.

You will lead ERP/WMS implementations (Oracle, Odoo), manage a high‑impact team, and collaborate across procurement, production, logistics, and quality to align material availability with production schedules and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of people management in material flow engineering and management, inventory control, or supply chain roles.
• 5+ years in a high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment with complex assemblies.
• Ability to read drawings and CAD data; understanding hardware manufacturing processes for electronics and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and relocate to Columbus, OH if not local.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement material management strategies to optimize material flow using lean principles across sites.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality for demand forecasting and timely delivery.
• Own KPIs and reporting for production line health, analyze material usage, and drive lean improvements.
• Manage inventory control measures, including cycle counting and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize Oracle ERP and Odoo WMS to track inventory and generate data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality protocols.
